GreenLight is digital pressure testing software that has been field-proven in the Gulf of Mexico (GoM) since its approval for testing blow-out preventers by the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) in 2015.
High pressure BOP Tests
GreenLight analyzes high pressure BOP tests according to specifications described by the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE). During a high pressure BOP test GreenLight can make a prediction of the future outcome (represented by the diamond). Confident predictions allow tests to be safely ended earlier than would be possible using an analogue circle chart.
Low pressure BOP Tests
GreenLight analyzes low pressure BOP tests according to specifications described in the Code of Federal Regulations (30 CFR 250.737) and enforced by the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE).
Users can view all of the data acquired during a test series in real time, i.e., as it is being acquired.
Tests tracked by GreenLight can be associated with images of valve line-ups generated by Blueprint or any other program that can represent those line-ups in the widely-available *.pdf format.
